A: We ask for payment to secure your booking. Should you need to cancel, you can do so for a refund up to 24 hours before your tour starts. Should we need to cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

A. Yes, our tours are available to book on Viator, TripAdvisor and Get Your Guide. The higher price there includes the OTA's 35% commission fee. Tours booked this way are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the tour.
Q: What can I expect on an Imagine Alba Oban Walking Tour?
A: On our tours, you can expect a friendly guide to lead you through the charming town of Oban. We’ll explore its fascinating history, stunning scenery and local lore. The regular full walk takes covers about 2.3 miles with one big hill and steps. However, we can plan a tour suited to most fitness levels and can provide a shorter or longer experience. Just ask!

A: Absolutely! Our tours are designed to be enjoyable for everyone, from the young to the young at heart. Just bring your curiosity and a pair of comfy shoes! We have even hosted families with prams and can plan a route suited to you.
Q: How long does each walking tour last?
A: Each tour typically lasts about two hours. We take our time to ensure everyone has a delightful experience without feeling rushed.
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: We recommend booking ahead to secure your spot, as dates can fill up quickly. But don’t worry, we’ll do our best to accommodate any last-minute adventurers!
Q. Can I cancel my tour after booking?
A. Yes, you may cancel for a refund up to 24 hours before your tour starts if you notify us by email or phone. Cancellations for any reason after this time can not be refunded, so we suggest you take out travel insurance for such purposes.
Q: Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
A: We strive to make our tours as accessible as possible and can do a reduced route in places where a wheelchair can reach. A warning- Oban's streets are not particularly wheelchair friendly, not all sites are accessible and our insurance prevents us from assisting with the chair, but it can be done. Please reach out to us beforehand, and we'll happily plan the best route to suit your needs.
Q: Can I bring my dog along on the tour?
A: We love furry friends. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are more than welcome to join the fun and sniff around with us. Please bring a poo bag!
Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my tour?
A: A little Scottish rain won’t stop us from having fun! Please come prepared with a raincoat, and we’ll enjoy the refreshing weather together. If an official weather warning is issued, we can cancel for a full refund or reschedule, if available.
Q: Is photography allowed during the tour?
A: Of course! Photography is warmly encouraged everywhere, including inside the cathedrals. You'll find plenty of picturesque spots to capture lasting memories.
